Jester Vermentino is crisp and fresh. The grapes are harvested early, which results in lower sugars, balanced acidity and an excellent flavour profile. At the completion of fermentation the wine shows a seemlessly dry style with extremely approachable alcohol.

Mitolo Sangiovese Rose is distinctive, elegant and true to it’s variety, showing vibrant Sangiovese character, clean acidity and soft texture which leads into a long, dry and balanced finish. Sangiovese is wonderful with food and compliments an array of dishes.

Bright, lush and juicy, Jester Cabernet Sauvignon shows a full bodied palate and mouth filling richness. 20% of the fruit has been handled in the Amarone manner- this technique of drying fruit adds complexity and fullness and produces soft juicy tannins. 2008 G.A.M shows impressive richness and earthiness, showing savoury dusty tannins with intriguing length. Notes of black cherry and dark chocolate with leafy espresso and mocha tones.

The name 'Reiver' is taken from the border raiders of the Anglo-Scot borders. Throughout the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries the border country was ravaged by lawless Reiver families in a vicious cycle of raid, reprisal and blood feud. Their allegiance was first to the family, the surname, and not the crown, whether English or Scottish.
